Dynamic Balancing

Dynamic Balancing is part of WWG Engineering's complementary services. 

In WWG Engineering Pte Ltd, we are among the very few Rotating Equipment Specialists in Singapore, offering full range of workshop facilities from mechanical fittings, medium and large-format metal machining, specialized welding processes and a wide rage of thermal spray coating rebuildings, cylindrical grinding finishing etc. With dynamic balancing in-place, we have full capability of undertaking a complete rotating equipment refurbishment, repair and upgrading works.

We can offer up to 3 tonnes with 4 Ø Dynamic Balancing capability for troubleshooting & correction of unbalanced rotating equipment experiencing vibrations.

Dynamic Balancing allows sets of bearing pedestals to be connected to sensors and the unbalance at the two planes can be independently identified, thus reducing vibrations to a level that will prolong the bearing life and will reduce noise levels.
